When will I receive my order?

Processing times are unique to each item listed on the site. Please check each item description to determine which item type it is for a best estimate on product readiness.

• Made To Order: Please allow 12 business days for items to be custom made, processed, and shipped.
• Pre-Order: Please allow 4-6 weeks for pre-order items to be launched, made, processed, and shipped. 

 

What if my order contains a mix of item types?

If you would like a ready to ship item to arrive without waiting for a custom item, please order them separately. Otherwise, they will be shipped once all items are ready.

 

Anything else I should know?

Processing times do not include shipping time. Please see below section for shipping estimate details.

 

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

All items are shipped via USPS. You will receive tracking information via e-mail once your order has shipped.

STANDARD: Delivers in 5-7 business days after item is shipped.

PRIORITY: Delivers in 2-3 business days after item is shipped.

 

JustLivXO is not responsible for any delays once shipped. Please use your tracking number to contact the postal service directly in regards to any delays or lost items.

 

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the custom and/or bodycon nature of our items, all items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are allowed. However, if you have any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us.
